  • Safety reporting, monitoring, and compliance tools

All services are provided to support safety operations and documentation. Bestek Solutions does not replace required driver training, supervision, or regulatory responsibilities.

3. Intended Use

Our products and services are intended for use by authorized school transportation personnel, including drivers, transportation supervisors, and administrators.

Users agree to:

  • Use the systems only for legitimate school transportation safety purposes

  • Follow all applicable district, state, and federal transportation regulations

  • Ensure credentials are not shared or misused

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

While Bestek Solutions provides tools designed to improve safety, visibility, and compliance, we do not guarantee the prevention of accidents, injuries, violations, or incidents.

Final responsibility for vehicle operation, inspections, student safety, and compliance remains with the school district, transportation department, and assigned personnel.

5. User Responsibility

  • Completing all required pre-trip and post-trip inspections

  • Verifying inspection accuracy

  • Ensuring cameras and devices are not obstructed or tampered with

  • Reporting system issues in a timely manner

Failure to properly use the system may result in incomplete records or compliance gaps.

6. Data Collection & Use

Our systems may collect operational data such as:

  • Inspection completion status

  • Timestamps and device activity

  • Camera recordings related to safety events

This data is used solely for safety documentation, reporting, and system functionality. Bestek Solutions does not sell personal data.

7. Hardware & Installation

Hardware products, including cameras and tablets, must be installed according to provided specifications or by approved installers. Bestek Solutions is not responsible for performance issues caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable system availability; however, services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bestek Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to safety incidents, compliance violations, or operational delays.

No Replacement for Driver Responsibility

All drivers remain fully responsible for:

Assumption of Responsibility

By using Bestek Solutions products and services, the District acknowledges that responsibility for transportation safety remains with the District and its personnel.
